Bundaberg Railway in Queensland

Lyndon is in Australia at the moment and sent these pictures of the Bundaberg Railway Museum where he photographed Fowler Bundaberg No 3, Fowler ” Invicta” and Orenstein and Koppel ” Germany”

Bundaberg No 3 0-4-2T was built in 1952 by Bundaberg Foundry Engineers Ltd in Queensland to John Fowler designs.

The Fowler Invicta 0-6-2T steam was built in 1907 by John Fowler & Co. in Leeds, and had an extensive service life in Australian sugar mills. It was specially built for the Bundaberg area’s sugar industry.

The Orenstein & Koppel “Germany” is a 0-4-0WT No 6805 built in 1914 for the Millaquin Sugar Company near Bundaberg.
